HYROX is a global fitness race designed for real people—not just elite athletes. It combines running with functional workout stations in a format that’s both structured and fun. You’ll run 1 kilometer (0.62mi), then complete a workout like sled pushes, rowing, or burpees—repeating that cycle 8 times. It’s challenging, but totally doable—and it’s quickly becoming the race for people who want more out of their fitness.
